Point Piper Apartment

The project in Point Piper began as two separate dwellings which had been joined to exist as one. The scope included a full demolition internally, all services, finishes and furniture were part of the new design. There were specific requirements for storage demands, incorporation of art works and furniture heirlooms.

One of the primary goals for the upgrade was to create an elegant interior that opened up to the balcony, harbour views and provided entertaining spaces.

The envelope of the apartment, in conjunction with the building owners, was upgraded in thermal performance and sun shading to the harsh western sun.
